KERDOM believes in making great office furniture products which stand the test of time.The KERDOM Warranty provides Five years of warranty protection on new products purchased from KERDOM,except in certain instances,as indicated in our full policy. All warranty periods begin from the date of delivery.

Our furniture is designed and manufactured to the highest standards, but things happen. We’ll happily replace furniture which malfunctions. Some of our furniture is covered for five years, or nearly twice the length of a typical office lease.
The same is true if you purchase your items from third party sellers, or marketplaces such as eBay,amazon, Facebook Marketplace, etc. all KERDOM Warranty policies will be void.Our warranty policy applies to the original customer with proof of purchase and is non-transferrable; you will need to contact the seller in these cases.
What’s not covered by the warranty
Variations in finish and color of the surfaces, including but not limited to, the color change caused by direct exposure to light/sunlight, temperature variation at your surface or aging;
Discoloration of materials caused by stains, soiling, inks, or dyes;
Damage caused by any non-standard office activities;
Damage caused by writing instruments or sharp objects;
Damage resulting from an abusive usage of the product;
Failure resulting from normal wear and tear;
Natural wood grain variations;
Damage caused by loading furniture above its weight capacity;
Damage caused by improper installation, except where installation was completed by KERDOM or a KERDOM authorized installation partner;
Items that have been exposed to non-office environments (e.g. warehouse or outdoor exposure).
All conditions resulting from the use of a cleaning chemical (alcohol, detergent, etc.) that damages the finish.
How to start a warranty claim.To get a Warranty claim started:
- Contact us: Leave messages to us. There, you’ll find specific instructions about how to begin a Warranty claim. Please have your order number, the Product serial number, and your proof of purchase handy.
- Take photos or a video for your Product: Before you ship your product back to us for a Warranty claim, try to leave some evidence for yourself to prove your device is okay before you sent it back. (including photos or videos)
- Prepare your Product for Shipment: Pack your product in the shipping materials (e.g., a shipping box or shipping label) we provide you to deliver your product back to us. Once we receive your product, we’ll determine if it has a defect or malfunction covered by our warranty
- If your product conforms to our warranty policy.We repair or replace a new one for you and that is free.
